RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS

Yesterday my mom called me in the afternoon and asked me if I want to go see the "Red Hot Chili Peppers" that night. I said yes. She got 3 tickets from a co-worker. I guess her boyfriend got them for her & their friend, but he & their friend is in the military & was just shipped out last weekend. She didn't want to go by herself or without him for that matter.
So I scored.
Side note to mom's co-worker... Thank You very much for sacrificing your tickets.
To her boyfriend & friend, God Bless you, my prayers are with you, & please come home safe.

On to the concert..
My brother & his friend went to the concert with me. His friend said he would have given his left nut to see them. I told him he could keep it, but my mom said to take it only if it was "full". Being that I have been trying to get pregnant for over 10 years now.

When we got to the staduim, the warm up band was playing, "The Mars Volta." Can I say OMG!! I am getting OLD!!! The music was ok, but the lead singer needs to take the rope off his NUTS!!! LMAO!!! My bro's friend & I thought he was a she.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers came on at 9:00pm & played until 11:00pm. Behind the stage & up on the ceiling they had rows of long narrow bars that displayed images. They also had four monitors that were suspended on cables that moved up and down.

The four some (Anthony Kiedis on lead vocals, Flea on bass,Chad Smith on drums, and John Frusciante on guitar and background vocals) came out & the crowed just exploded.
That is when I saw Anthony Kiedis & decided he is my “Crush of the Week.” Thank God he grew his hair back. He looked so good. I don’t think he even aged one bit. Let me tell you, John Frusciante, can sing. Flea, well he was himself, a great entertainer. The drummer, Chad Smith, was hot with his ball cap on backwards. I don’t know what it is with me, but some men really turn me on when they wear their ball cap backwards. NOT to the side. That looks ridiculous.

In between each song they had their individual solo’s. That was different for me. It was kind of hard to hear the vocals. OMG!!!! The POT was everywhere. By the end of concert I had a such a contact high & needed some munchies. LOL. Overall I really enjoyed myself.

Today my sis told me that her daughter was mad at me for going to the concert with out her. I did think about her while I was there. She would have had a great time. There was such a wide age difference. I saw little girls probably around the age of 10/11 up to in their 60’s (such as the people in front of us) . Everyone there had a great time & so did we.

Thanks for them memories….
